Thank you for choosing Doculabs. Payments for all subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), acting as our Merchant of Record. As such, Paddle manages billing, tax, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds on our behalf.
114-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your Doculabs purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of the original transaction, for any reason. This 14-day period begins on the calendar day of the completed payment.
Refunds requested within this period comply with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.
Once your refund is approved, Paddle will issue the refund to the original payment method used for purchase.
2How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Use the refund link in your Paddle purchase receipt email, or
- Visit Paddle’s support portal: paddle.net and submit your request using the email address associated with your Doculabs subscription.
Please include your order number and purchase email address to help expedite the process.
3After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window are not guaranteed and may be reviewed at Paddle’s discretion. In such cases, refunds may be considered only for exceptional circumstances (e.g., billing errors, duplicate charges, or other issues validated by Paddle).
4Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or through Paddle’s subscription management interface. Cancellation stops future charges, but refunds are only available if the refund request is submitted within the 14-day period described above.
5Pro-Rated and Partial Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of service beyond the initial 14-day period are not provided.
6Changes to This Policy
Doculabs may modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
